Can anyone help me drill in Duluth?

You can do it yourself with a Dremel and some diamond bits, Steve has done a few tanks and it looked pretty easy. You can go to Mendards and get the Tool Shop brand of diamond tiped Dremel bits. There was a thread on the DIY forum about doing it. I guess the whole key it to not go too fast and to keep the bit cool. Make sure that you are not trying to drill tempered glass or it will break.

Good luck.

Have you tried to drill you tank yet?

There is someone another person looking to drill a tank that posting in the club meeting thread. I have an old leaky 29 I offered up for practice. May we can get a drill demo meeting going and everyone can take turns on my old tank.

I haven't drilled yet but I just ordered my bulkheads- I was going to practice on a couple of old 10 gallons first. And I would be up for a drilling party if anyone else is interested.

Looks like we have someone working on putting something together we do have tools and bits in the club. you guys work out the details for a demo meeting.

Jim
