Can anyone help me identify these snails

Dear All,

After I switch from Salt Mix to NSW, I observed some new creatures introduced to my Tank . Below is one of them , it's snails for sure but I don't know if it is bad or good , please help me identify and advise some infos about them;

Yeah, they are columbellids, or Dove Snails. Harmless grazers.
