CAn Anyone Id this disease

Im new to saltwater aquariums and have what I believe are one and or 2 sick Green Chromis. While these fish have been fine for nearly a month within the last 3 or 4 days one has developed what looks like a wart on its body and possibly another starting near its left front fin. As well as 2 reddish colored splotches on its lower left side... The other one just looks splotchy and not vibrant green like before. The tank was cycled nearly a month before they were introduced and Ive been doing 1/4 tank changes for the last 3 weeks with the only change in livestock being the introduction of cleaning crew crabs and snails.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Photos attached

Hi, Pofferfish - and welcome to ReefCentral!

I'm a long way from an expert, but I know these guys can be susceptible to a few things, one of which is Uronema marinum. Remarkably unpleasant stuff. Have a look at that, see if it looks like what you're seeing on your fish - and hopefully, someone who knows lots more than I do will peek in here!

With chromis, that would be my supposition.
