B Pierce New member Jun 29, 2005 #2 It it not safe with the bamboo sharks; in fact bamboo sharks eat octos in nature. Octos need a species only tank with specfic requriments. It look like a bimac to me. Does it have a blue dot on eather side? Bimacs run about $50. How much did you get if for? Bill
