Can anyone ID this?

I was cleaning out a filter and this guy jumped on my hand and started flipping around like a fish. It looks to me like a baby shrimp. One of my peppermints always has eggs but I didn't think they were fertilized. Is this a baby peppermint shrimp or something else?

Hard to make out any detail in that photo but the first impression that I got was might it be an Amphipod
