Can Anyone ID??

Currently only Fish, Shrimp and Snails in tank. This is the largest at 1/2" tall, but there are three or four of these on my live rock.

I have these growing in my refugium.... Not sure what exactly it is but the hermet crabs seem to like to eat it. Are the stems liquid filled of solid?

TBH. Its so small and far enough from the glass, I cant tell if it's a solid stem or not.
