Can anyone identify what is in the frag?

Hey all,

So I got a frag for free off someone the other day. Not had zoas before, so am new to this. On the outer edge of the frag I have what looks like polyps coming through. But they seem to be clear and have an almost feathery appearance to them! Any ideas? What would new heads look like?

So I couldn't capture a good enough photo. Had to resort to a rubbish video. Sorry about the quality. You can see there are two of them. On on the outer left and on the bottom outer.

I can't really see much of anything from that video unfortunately, but do they retract if you disturb them?

Sorry, my camera on my phone doesn't pick it up great with the lighting. All I can describe them as are like feathery polyps?
