Can copper treatment cause other fish issues

So a while ago I purchased a dwarf angelfish, didn't qt and the fish had ich.
I tried a reef safe treatment and the fish died in three days.
I had two perc clowns a six line and lawnmower blenny in the tank also. A month later one clown started showing signs of ich on one fin (salt like spots). I immediately set up a ten gallon tank as a qt, with some pic pieces and a hob filter with plain floss, an ammonia disc and heater. I added the fish and 24hours later added cheated copper treatment. Within three days the small male clown that had ich looked better :-). I change half water every four or five days to keep down Ammonia levels..
Here's the issue.. the large female clown is showing white fluffy looking spots on her lips.. I really don't want to lose this fish!!! I will try to take a pic and post that.. ps the bodies of both clowns look bright and healthy it's localized around the mouth so I don't think it's brooknella (probly spelled that wrong).. please, any ideas on what and how to treat?

It is extremely difficult to take a good picture. She is very active and the spots look similar to the water drops on the glass.
The spots are raised white and not defined. They are keeping.g her mouth open slightly but she is still feisty and hungry. I'm just not sure if the copper is causing this (raised stress). They have only been qt'd for two weeks and I need to keep them out of my rftnk so any parasites can die off so at least another ten weeks.. what do I do? Should I switch to another medication?

Didn't see the pic but your description sounds like a fungal issue perhaps.

Yeah I was afraid someone other than me may be thinking fungal as the problem.. this worries me because I am seeing that copper may not be the best way to treat this And I don't have any experience with other treatments..
Any thoughts on how to treat?

So I think maybe I am answering my own questions but that's ok.. I'll just keep this going.. I found some threads that suggest you shouldn't worry too much about fungal infections unless they make it harder to breathe or eat for the fish? I am going to keep on with the copper treatment as it was intended to help remove and kill ich. I guess I will just keep an eye on the clownfish.

Copper only treats ich. Fungal issues may be the result of overpopulated tank or bad water quality
