I got a few frags from my friend tank. As my tank is small (34G), i have no much shade for all frags. after i got home today, I have positioned them at the spots i like. The LED lighting I am using is dimmable, can I just dim the light 50% and slowly increase the intensity?
Actually, my friend's tank is running brighter lighting than my tank. Will be okay if i skip the lighting acclimate step?

i would atleast put them at the bottom for a week. then move them up. watch them closely everyday. if they start looking funny might have to lower them

I dim the light just for simulating the elevation change with a fixed output lighting. I hope the dimmed light will not **** off the existing SPS
