We have contacted the Retail Store on your behalf, and they carry bulb tip anemones in continuous stock. The colorations will vary depending on availability. Currently, the colorations in our Retail Store are brown. The specimens available at our Retail Store change periodically, and we would recommend that you call the retail store when you plan on visiting.

Ok, I will call them when we decide to get one, I just don't know when. Tank is about 4 months old. I have gotten a lot of items from that store and coral/fish too. They do great, but I had one BTA (brown) and it was in my tank for weeks, went to the back of the tank and stayed there and it ended up dieing after the 3 weeks. It did get near the fluval 305 intake and it was getting a side of it sucked in so I kept having to turn on/off the filter to get it out, it was far away so I turned it on to go eat and came back and it was there but stretched to where its mouth was being stretched open too, so that probably did it to him. Just trying to know when you would suggest putting another anemone in the tank. Even if the RBTA were to sting corals, it wouldn't be the end of them right? I don't want to lose a full reef.

Having an anemone in a reef aquarium is a personal choice. There are risks involved, since there is a possibility of the anemone stinging corals, which may harm or kill them. Anemones also move around in the aquarium to find their preferred setting. If you choose to get an anemone, it is a good idea to cover your intake to keep the anemone from being harmed by your equipment.
