and i also have frozen micro plancton, and frozen red placton of ocean nutrition..will they eat that?

tnx.

They are eating all the time from the water column and especially when you feed your tank. From what I've seen, they will eat anything they can get to their mouth. I've seen large paly's try to munch a mysis. That said, the smaller the polyp, the smaller the food needs to be. Micro plankton, micro eggs and other small items will be great to have drift over their colony. While not necessary, they'll just enjoy the snack as long as it's not enough to disturb water quality.

Once I polluted my water quality from overfeeding. Now I don't feed at all.

I wouldn't let one bad experience deter you from feeding. Just don't feed as much.

Also, I feed my zoos DT's phytoplankten and so far they are doing good.

I don't think anyone argues the fact that zoanthids eat, just rather if they benefit from direct feedings. I use cyclopleeze as well as phyto in my tank but don't direct feed my zoos. They seem to be growing pretty well.

I use kent zooplex twice a week, i just squirt some into the powerhead. It feeds all of my corals.

It reccomends everyday, I don't buy that.

Mysis thawed and rinsed then soaked in Selcon, Reef Chili, and cyclopeeze. I let it sit for around 6 hours and then my Sun corals, zoa/palys, acans, torch, hammer, candy canes, scolymia, galaxea, rics... In case your wondering, my zoa/palys eat like pigs. I have overall excellent growth with almost all my corals

I have experienced a very good feeding response from the Reef Chili. I usually dust my Sun Corals witgh Reef Chili before I feed and they come right out.

Mucho, what is your opinion on Reef Frenzy?
