I have a question about feeding my coral and fish.


can I feed my corals and fish frozen shrimp and scallops from the grocery store ?



of course i would blend them up and mix with tank water.

I do not believe the corals will get much out of it but choped (rather than blended and water added) do great for the fish.

If you chop it in small enough pieces you can target feed seafood to many LPS corals at night. Some button polyps and larger zoos may also eat it. I like to use scallops instead of fish and shrimp though.

An I forgot. Scallops is one of my BTAs favorite food.

Yes as Aqua mentions LPS corals will benefit (I was thinking of SPS) I feed small pieces to trumpets, torch corals and some euphilias. And by the way I forgot. Scallops is one of my BTAs favorite food. Cleaner shrimps will also love small pieces of shrimp and scallop.
