The only species that is a "peacock" is odontactylus scyllarus, from the indo-pacific. As your specimine is from the carribean it cannot be a peacock (but is still magnificent :)
 
Neogonodactylus curacaoensis. This is a species found throughout the Caribbean. It lives subtidally, usually from 10 to 100 feet and is often found associated with reefs living in cavities in coralline algae or live coral up off of the sandy substrate. They are not particularly hardy, so keep temperature change to a minimum and watch your water quality. Feeding is the same as for other gonodactylids. Maximum size is around 7 cm.
