Can I just cut these off

I had someone stop by for some stuff, they asked for one of these leathers but I wasn't sure if you just slice them off or what.

I would prefer to just sell the whole rock if anyone is interested. A few people thought the star polyps would take over their tank, I have had this rock for over a year and they have never spread off this rock.

The rock probably weighs 8-10lbs with 5 leathers and star polyps for $100

You can cut them off the rock with a razor blade or just brake the rock up.

cutting the leather would release a dealy toxin. cut off in a seperate tank

Just break the rock up You get combo frags leathers and star polyps

I say cut em. The toxins are minor and your skimmer will take them out.

I have cut softies in my tanks many times and never had any bacl lash of problems. I second cut them.
