Can I keep a Coral Beauty and a Flame Angel together?

Hi, I have been admiring a Flame Angel at my LFS for a while. Is it ok to keep in a tank with a Coral Beauty or will they fight? My tank is 30 gallons..

A 30 is arguably too small for even one of them. I would strongly suggest against keeping two centropyges in a tank that size.

+1 I definitely would not have two in a 30g tank.

I would not keep 2 dwarf angels in a 30 gallon tank. And DEFINITELY NOT after one is already established its territory in there.

Heck I will not keep a flame in a 400g after my horrific experience a few years ago. Way too dominating a fish it was. I ended up trading it for my (then baby) grey angel.

What are your plans for the tank? 2 Angels won't really work in a 30 Gallon, but if you can give a heads up on the kind of tank you want to set up we can better help you. Are you planning on keep coral? Mixed reef, softies only, sps only, etc.

I'd go for a Flameback, Pygmy or even a Nox if you can find one that's eating ... I've never been a CB fan.
