can I keep two different flasher wrasse together?

any one keep different male flasher wrasse in one tank?
Do they fight with each other, or just keep flashing to each other?
how about keep one flasher wrasse and one fairy wrasse?
and how to tell the different between male flasher ans femal flasher?
I read online seems it's difficult to find a female flasher.
