Can I mix these gobies and others?

120ish gallon tank "“ 36" wide 30" front to back 27" high.
Mixed reef tank with live rock.
1" or so sand bottom
40 gallon refugium will be added later this year

How deep does the sand bed need to be for Blue Dot Jawfish or an Orange Spot Prawn Goby?

Will a adding a bonded pair of Ruby Red Dragonette get along with an existing male/female pair of Blue Mandarins?

I have been told you cannot mix Blue Mandarins with Spotted Mandarins. Is that true?

Would it be possible to mix all these fish together:
Blue Dot Jawfish
Pink Spot Watchman Goby
Flame Tale Goby
Orange Spot Prawn Goby

for the sand bed, you will want it to be about 4-5 inches deep or just pile up sand in the corners. I would say the jawfish and 1 goby would be fine, but most of the gobies could be territorial towards one another. not sure about the mandarins.
