Keeping it Simple
I was told this was a Kenya Tree, but I didn't buy because of that...I just thought it was pretty. Anyway, it's a leather, just don't know what type. It's the blue coral in the upper right hnad corner of the pic (just right of the toadstool). Can someone please help? :) Thanks!

I'll get you one tomorrow, this one was taken by a friend of mine since I wasn't able to be home today.

It looks like a Keyan tree(capnella) or possibly sinularia.

BTW, you have a great looking tank. The corals look so healthy. What type of lighting are you using?

Thanks a ton for the help guys; so I guess the guy at the fish store was right. I didn't know Kenya trees looked like that otherwise I would have bought one a while a go...haha. The coral still hasn't opened it's polyps but it's only the beginning of the second day (even though I drip acclimated it). Oh well, my toadstool took a couple of days as well.

Dustin: Thanks for the compliment! I'm currently running 65w 50/50 and 96w actinic of PC lighting, but I'll be switching over to 150w HQI 14k soon. I'm so stoked!

Dani: Thanks for the help!

Hey guys, here's some closer shots of the coral. Thanks for the response so far. Also the tanks kind of cloudy cause I stirred up a little sand cleaning it this morning. Here you go:

Thanks Dustin, as mentioned before my toadstool took a couple of days to open up back during the summer, but is it ok that it hasn't opened up in the first couple of days?

I think it is fine softies are wierd like that sometimes. When I had gotten a sacrophyton it took a week or two before its polyps opened.
