Can i put 100 nassarius snails in 75g aquarium w/sump to clean sand?

Sure, but their survival rate will depend on the tank already having excellent parameters and very slow and careful introduction, as well as something to eat once they're in. Some people acclimate by adding small amounts of tank water to the water they came in (assuming temp. variations and correcting), then let them individually cling to the top of the tank at the water line so they can get used to it all.

Dumping them in all at once is a no-go.

I have an established tank but there is a lot of detris in the sand.

Why not vacuum the sand into a filter sock and return the water?
Otherwise those snails will run out of food, die, decay and create an ammonia spike which may kill others.

In Canada, that’s $600 in just snails!
Even with a volume discount still $500.

It’s faster easier and way cheaper (maybe more human) to lightly vacum crap off the sand.
But if you do, not more than 25% at a time.
