Can I QT these fish together

I want to QT and do TT to a red head wrasse, a coral beauty and a black finned shrimp goby in a 2X 20 gallon tanks. As TT is effort and water I would like to try ang group a few fish together.... Will this work re ammonia? My QT will have bare bottom, fluval running no media just circulation, and heater.
