Can I resuse a powerhead exposed to cupramine in reef?

Took down my QT (planning on moving won't be buying fish until after) however I'd like to use the WP 40 I used in the QT tank in display.

It's already been dried out. Would a vinegar bath suffice? I could just get another pump but if this one is safe to use I don't see the point in storing a pump for many months I may end up with a new powerhead type later and this can be returned to QT use.

I would feel comfortable using it after a 24 hour vinegar bath. Any copper that doesn't leach out in that low pH in that period of time isn't going to leach in your aquarium.

+1 Scrub it out really good too, just in case there's residue from the copper.

Exactly. And vinegar baths should be periodically used to keep power heads from seizing up from high calcium deposits.
