Can I use it as a frag tank?

I have a 40 gallon tank that I used to treat a fish in cupramine for a very short amount of time. (the fish died) It's been a few months, and I've since throughly cleaned out the tank. I wanted to use an old florescent reef light my friend gave me, and a few small power heads from amazon to make it into a frag tank. I was going to put SPS and LPS corals in it to quarantine frags before I sell them or give them to friends. will the silicone sealing the inside of the tank have absorbed enough cupramine to kill them?
Thanks!

If you cleaned the tank thoroughly you will be fine in regards to the copper that might be left over. If it is a 40g breeder that seem like it might a little deep for a frag tank IMO. You might be better off picking up a 20g long to use as a frag tank.
