Can I use these lenses?

We have a Minolta Maxxum 3000i and a MM 400si that we never use. We want to get a DSLR; can we use the lenses from the MM on the DSLR, or is it a totally different thing?

They probably work on the Sony's alpha line but you'd figure out exactly what you have.
