can ich survive in standing water?

Just need to know what the consensus is on this: could ich survive for a few weeks (let's say 3) in standing saltwater (in this example a reactor that's been taken offline but not emptied). room temp is mid 60's....

very much understand that. I just thought that was for a tank that was running.
My questions were about the two factors of
A) standing water and
B) temp in the mids 60's

didn't know if that makes a difference
