Can parasites live after being frozen?

I just recently got a harlequin shrimp and the only eat starfish and one method to feeding them that I read is to freeze a starfish and feed it small pieces of the frozen starfish at a time. I know that my local fish store is riddled with parasites and things like ich can be attached to inverts so I'm wondering if anybody knows whether freezing the starfish would kill off the parasites that could be attached to it?
Thanks

I have two clownfish and they are being quarantined so yes the will be with fish when they are done being quarantined

I'm not so exactly sure what you mean by echinoderm parasite but basically I'm talking about any parasite that will effect my fish. Is an echinoderm parasite specifically dealing with starfish?

Typically parasites that affect your starfish will not affect your fish. Frozen or not. Just rinse well before placing in the tank.

The concern is more with if a cyst stage is attached to the starfish, for instance with ich during the tomite/tomont stages. Even if highly unlikely it is still possible. Would freezing kill that stage?

Ok is there any amount of time being frozen that they will die? I'm basically worried about anything that will harm my fish or even corals and Im using my quarantine tank for my clownfish and the have another month and a half to go so I can't use the quarantine for anything else until they are out
