On my zoas there's these white strings that showed up. I was wondering if it's bad or good ? Should I remove it?

I would say remove. I have never seen dragon eyes do that.

It just looks like some sort of sponge to me. The next time you do a water change just remove it with your fingers. (quick fix)
If it was something bad your corals wouldn't look as good as they do IMO.
