I know, but that's the way we do it in the lounge. To the OP. The camera doesn't really matter. The tubes do. There are cheep ones for about 10 bucks, which is what I have. The Kenko's are about a hundred and these have contacts to provide metering, auto focus, (maybe) and aperture settings. The biggest problem is, if the lens you plan on using is a G lens and doesn't have an aperture ring, you have to use the more expensive tubes to be able to control the aperture. That being said, You can get pretty close. This was with a full set of tubes and a Sigma 105 macro.
