This guy was a no-named zoa at the LFS go $35 dollars. I believe there's 27 heads total. Did I get a decent deal?

The prices will vary a ton, I spent $10 on a frag of R.D.E that had around 20 polyps. The same store has a tiny frag of red hornet zoanthids that has 4 polyps for $100.

There really is no set price on coral. If the lfs sold stuff as cheap as people getting out of the hobby or the cheapest online price they could find, then the lfs's wouldn't make any money. It really comes down to what your willing to pay for it. Heck, I bought a pink Krakatoa zoa the other day for $100 a polyp and I'm happy so there you go. Btw, I think you got a awesome deal!
