Can someone help me ID this fish please

ok so my cousins girlfriend bought some fishes for me to put into my tank apparently most of the fish died at the bag but this little fellow survived and i dont know what species it is but i know that it loves to graze and eat the seaweeds i prepare for my blue tang so here is the pic please id it to me asap
the pic is not that clear but on its mouth is color blue and its anal fin has some black to it so can anyone please ID this for me thank you very much
