The chiton is a good grazer.
Looks like a pretty common flatworm, Mine dissappeared on their own.

I only see a few. Not on any coral either. Just minding their own buissines.

Keep an eye on them. If they start to increase you might want to nuke them.

What do u recommend? The salifer treatment??

If you want to remove flatworms do it while the population is still small and you can do it manually. Blowing them off with a water stream & then siphoning them out on a regular basis will help keep them in check.
