Not N. wennerae....hard to tell beyond that. Could you get a closeup on the teslon (back of tail) and get a look/pic at the meral spot (A colored indentation on the inside of each smashing arms) Wild guess I'd say G. viridis.

its hard to tell from the picture, but i wouldnt count out N.wennerae yet... my very first mantis was a black N. wennerae.

closer pictures would help and a front pic would be great.
