The first one is a BTA (Entacmea quadricolor) and the second is a Condylactis species, probably a Haitian Pink Tip (Condylactis gigantea).

are they hard to keep? what and how do i feed? is there anything i should know about them? is there a web site that can give me info?

Read anemone FAQ's at the top of this forum. Also, go to WetWebMedia.com and google both of the species names I gave you earlier. To answer your question, no, they aren't hard to keep but do require bright light and good water quality.
