can someone id these white dots?

they look similar to nerite snail eggs but I don't think they are.

there are some on the rocks as well, but most of them are in bunches on the overflow.

how long do they take to hatch? they've been there for months, I guess they could of died and just stay on the wall?

I just added a few nerite snails 3 months ago these have been there before the snails.
