That is a Clarkii clown for sure. And they should host a bubble tip anemone, as they are a natural host for that anemone. Just be patient as they may not take to them right away.

Definitley a clarkie, and I have had one that hosted in a green carpet and long tenticled anenome. So it will most likely host in its natural host, a BTA. Great fish by the way.
