Hi,

I don't think is ich and it started with much bigger white spot (dime size).

This is the last fish I put in after 6 weeks of QT. The only change I make to the tank is a changed active carbon brand.

She is eating and swimming ok.

Looks like a cut by another tang's scalpel, not lymph. Your yellow and clown tangs fought when you weren't around. My tangs sometimes fight and leave cuts like that on each other.

I think you are right, it looked more like a cut today.

Should I just leave it alone or I should give the yellow tang treatment such as antibiotics?

Just leave it alone and it should recover on its own, unless it gets infected and the wound turns red, in which case you will have to put it in QT with antibiotics.

Another thing, your profile says you have a 65g tank, which is too small for the yellow tang, and especially the clown. Clown tangs are massive and belligerent tangs and should ideally be in over 300g of tank. It may be small now but it's aggressive behavior is already obvious, and this will only get worse as it grows. You should consider removing the clown tang if you don't want all your other fish to be in danger.
