All a sudden i'm noticing all kinds of little critters in my tank. It's been set up for just about 6 months now. I took a video because these are very small and my camera would not focus for a pic. Thanks! http://media.putfile.com/misc82

its a flatworm without a doubt. some people have great problems with them but I have had what appears to be the same ones you have although they may not be as there are hundreds of different ones. The ones I have have never become large in numbers and never bothered anything. heres a not to clear pic of mine, but you'll see its the same thing.

Flatworm. And it should be getting rid of before it becomes a problem.

Yes if you see them on the glass or easy to reach places get them out, but i would'nt go knocking corals over in an atempt to get at them. I beleive syphoning them out has been a good option for some people.
If they were coloured in my tank i would be in more of a rush to get rid but i personally have never seen theses clear worms multiply in numbers like say the red planaria. These clear worms have been in my tank for 3 years and i have never seen more than about 10 at the same time, but it does'nt mean they definatly wont in your tank unfortunatly.

If you have a big enough tank, a spotted mandarin will absolutely decimate the population of those. They need lots of pods, so take my advice and make sure it's eating frozen before you buy it.
