Give me the link to the popular QT/Hypo treatment? I can't find it in search. Need to know the process from beginning to end as I am ready to get my QT up and running tonight. Thanks

I dont know the thread that you can look at but here is what I do.

Start by adding fresh water at small incroments. Ex. 75 gal. remove 3 gal. water from tank add 3 gal fresh over 1 hour. keep doing this process until you are down to 1.010-1.013.

You can give marine fish plenty of fresh water and they can handle it fine. They absorb the fresh water thru their skin easier than saltwater so it is fine to do this fairly quickly with out worring about harming the fish.

As you start to bring the salinity back up you will need to triple the time as the fish will need ALOT of time to absorb the saltwater as it will be harder on them. I usually let it happen over 2 day period for me.
