can the 7095 do this???

I have an eight foot long tank (260 gallons) with two 6100's and the 7095 controller. The 6100 are at either end facing each other and slightly down towards the opposite bottom front corner.

I would like the controller to create a typical wave action back and forth cycling perhaps every 20 seconds. My goal is to have the entire body of water circle clockwise and then counter-clockwise, etc.

If I use Interval 1 with the min dials settings equal to the max dials settings and the interval set to 20 sec, it will work as I intend. (The pulse setting has no effect.)

What I am hoping is that I could get this effect with the "off" pump idling instead of shutting off completely. In other words, I want to "turn off" the pulse feature and just have them cycle back and forth between full and idle.

So far, I haven't figured out how to do it.
Thanks.

I need to have a manual in front of me to figure this out but yes it can be done, if I forget bump this thread and I will check into it Monday. Honestly i would keep the pulse feature running, this does many things but importantly it broadens and disperses the flow as the slow and fast pulses collide.

Thank you Roger.

I understand what you are saying about the pulse, but would still like to know if it is an option without it.

I have moved the 6100s to the back rear corners pointing towards the middle of the front panel. I have the controller setup as follows. Mode = Interval 2, Pulse = 5 seconds, Interval = 50 seconds, both channels set to min and max. Would you change this setup for an 8 foot long tank? I also have the pump returns and a closed loop directed down the back of the tank.

Thanks again.
