can the switch names be changed on apex bob

i want to label a couple switches with other names. can it be done?

im not sure how to do it in fusion or on the main display,

but if you access your apex by direct ip: port in a web browser and then login,
you will find it under "Configuration" -> "Probe/input setup"

depends on what exactly you are trying to do.
the syntax would be correct.
consider that the apex default is also open,
so you may want to invert your switch depending on what your using it for.
(the switch may malfunction and apex will register it as open.)

I am going to mount a switch in each of the water storage containers to tell me when they are empty so the only thing that it would do if it failed is anoy the **** out of me lol.

so this worked great now when i install my storage containers i can have it set up to get a text when they are close to empty. i figure once maybe twice a month on salt and a ? on fresh water since i dont know what the evap rate will be.
