Can they survive?

I was looking to pick up some SPS frags tomorrow but my new AI Nano won't be in till Monday or Tuesday(3-4 days)... I currently have stock compacts in my biocube... Will the frags survive for a few days till the new light is in?

given the water quality they require is there, they will be fine for 3 days with no light.

your PC lighting might make that period longer.

your frags could brown out though, so unless ure getting an amazing deal or ... Id wait.

5 for 20!? what are you getting, heck just get em lol. If one or two survive into nice colonies and its worth the small risk. Btw I've had high end acros under low light for 2-3 weeks and even though they lost color, they come back if everything else is stable.

I ended up bypassing the 5 for 20 deal.. I saw 2 frags that I really liked but fell I love with a purple pocillopora For $20 instead.... Oh and a blue spotted jawfish

They are having a big black Friday sale and are holding both till then, so the new light will be up and ready before the new additions are added.
