Can you glue flex flex hose?

just curious if it is possible to use PVC glue to flex hose. I would like to add a shut off valve in line. Help?

No. But you could buy some hose barb adapters and plumb a valve in pretty easy.

you can glue spaflex to regular fitting by using wet& shine glue its a little more flexable. Its a blue color sells in HD and lowes

you can use any PVC glue for spaflex, you just need to hold it in the socket a few seconds longer using the regular stuff.

spaflex is actually made to be glued, not clamped.
