I have mostly soft corals and polyps in my tank and should I still have high flow if so how much is to much?

Softies prefer low to medium flow so there is such a thing as too much flow for them. Some SPS tank can have 100x turnover plus. My SPS tank is about 40x turnover and the softies and LPS are happy. You just have to find a spot where there is low current.
