can you have zoos in with aggressive fish?i would like to know if anyone has done it and had it work, and with what fish?

Yes you can. Wrasses, groupers, snappers, lion fish, squirrel and eel are safe will zoo's. The more aggressive Triggers may bit into them but there is a group of reef safe Triggers that would be fine. A lot of the larger Angel do eat zoo's so they're a crap shot. So there are quite a bunch of fish that will be fine with zoo's.

You do need to take into account the additional load place on the tank as that will increase nitrates which aren't good for zoo's or corals.

I have polyps and shrooms in with the following without having any of them touched for almost 2 months now. Sponges and hard corals have been eaten:

niger trigger
clown trigger
lei trigger
giant coris wrasse
banana wrasse
lyretail hogfish
