Can you help ID please

I collected some sea whips from off a local dock and it has these funny looking things on it. I have never seen anything that looks like this before so I dont know if they are good or bad. I do have the whips in a tank by themselves but would like to find out what the bugs on them are so I will know if they are good or bad. Here is a pic of the bug:

Never seen this before. It looks like an odd transulent Praying Mantis.

Seems like I seen something similar before. It was called a skeleton shrimp. I was told it was reef-safe.

keep an eye out, as some can be predatory.

Thank you all for your help. From the link Rick posted we were able to get the name of what these are and we did more research and found more info about them. From the pictures they seem to match the ones that are indeed predatory. I am glad I have them in a tank all by themselves.
