Can you ID this and tell me if its non-photo synthetic?

I knows its a Gorgonian, not sure what kind or if its non-photosynthetic. I target feed it Reef Roids a few times a week but it doesnt seem to be growing. Most pics I see online show these with wayyy more polyps so I am not sure if I'm caring for it wrong. This is a cell phone pic.

Yeah Im gonna try to use a better camera once the lights come on.

Most photosyntic Gorgonian will have brown or dark polyps if the polyp are white or brightly colored then it is nps
