Can you ID this Wrasse?

Got this little guy from a LFS and they called it a Blue Neon Wrasse but I cannot find that term anywhere on the web. Can you provide the correct name of this fella for me?

1 of my LFS had one for sale and they called it a Purple Wrasse. Really cool looking fish, but I passed becasue I could not find much info on it.

it is not a small wrasse...

10 in fish... check carefully if it is compatible with your fishes...

DUH, after reading your comment, I believe you mean 10 inch fish. Ok I got that. Seems to be compatible with other inhabitants of my reef tank.

it means your fish will get to be over 10 inches and may not be compatible with some tankmates.
