Can you ID this?

I found this when I went to clean front glass of aquarium. I guess it was on magnet. I took tweezers and put him in a bowl and took these pics. Not very big. I thought it was cheato at first, but then I saw it move. What is it?

I think it is a hair worm, they have those long clear tentacles they stick out on rock and the sand bed, mine is light yellow with blue stripes. I dont think they are bad
 
I believe it is a spaghetti worm (mama mia worm). They are sold to turn over sand beds.
ipsf.com actually sells these to help with sand bed. My copper band loves to eat them as well. Normally I only see the tentacle portion above sand and the main body is usually hidden.
