It worked for a friend of mine who had it pretty bad....
 
I agree with Steve, my radient wrass stayedhid in the sand for days on end when I moved him from a freinds house to the big tank he is in now. I have had him about 2 years so was puzzled why he was such a nervouse wreck this move. I honestly thought I had accidently trapped him underground when I put a few more rocks in the tank he was gone so long (4days with no sightings at all. Now he is out and about like nothing ever freaked him out. Don't give up hope yet :).
