I was wondering if anybody might have any ideas what might be wrong with a couple of candy canes I'm having a problem with. 1 is red other is green. Both were doing great until about a week or so ago. A few of the heads starting not fully expanding and now it looks as though they are having tissue lost, almost as their are starting to die off. I have a mixed reef with a few hammers that look fine, the softies and the SPS look good too.
The only thing I change recently was I added a doser about a month ago instead of manually adding 2 part.
50 gal. with a 15 gal. sump
Nitrate less then 5.0 ppm
PH 7.8-8.0
CA 400
KH 7.75dKH
MG 1500
Salinity 1.027 - a little high since I've been dosing
Phosphate 0.02
Temp 79
Any thoughts?
