canister filter?

Have two canister filters as power heads.Is there anything i could put in them like broken live rock? and get rid of the wools and carbon.

yes I would say you can put LR instead of wool and carbon. me personally I prefer wool and carbon. I started a post once to ask if there is any benefit to putting LR or LR rubble into the canister instead of the wool and carbon, and I could not get a clear answr that there was indeed any benefit, but it seemed to be a matter of choice. seemed each had its advantages
